Campaspe Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
Deep purple in colour. The wine has attractive aromas of dark berries, peppermint, cloves, cedar and cigar box. The palate is well developed with lingering fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a generous length of flavour. Cellar for 5 to 8 years.
Campaspe Estate Shiraz 2004
Intense purple in colour. Packed with dark cherries, cinnamon, cracked pepper, dark chocolate, coconut and vanillin. Full bodied, warm and generous in flavour and length. Well-balanced acidity and firm tannic structure. The flavours just linger and linger. Cellar for 5 to 8 years.
Campaspe Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
Elegant, powerful and refined. Vibrant deep purple colour. Engagingly attractive aromas of blackcurrant, peppermint, cedar, spice and vanillin. The palate is long and full-flavored with warm and velvety fruit followed by fine and well integrated mouth-filling tannins. Unashamedly a ripe-fruit and well-developed "special occasion" wine, our Reserve Cabernet is equally at home with a roasted fillet of beef or mature cheddar. Cellar for 5 to 7 years.
Campaspe Estate Reserve Shiraz 2003
Sit back and enjoy. It took years of small oak cast maturation to tame this classically ripe Central Victorian Shiraz. Dark purple in color with a complex nose of raisins, mulberry, cinnamon, coconut and vanillin, reminiscent of the wonderful aromas of a freshly baked fruitcake. The palate is long and richly flavoured with well-integrated tannins and cleansing acidity. Cellar for 5 to 7 years.
